    My go to Starbucks in this area. Service is great, fast, and friendly staff to make your day great!

    Parking lot is small... can get busy in the mornings before work. Other than that it seems less hectic

    Can I say how much I love this Starbucks? I just love how they always do the drinks I order super good and when I ask for extra caramel it's literally extra! They aren't stingy like other Starbucks. Can I also say how fast the drive-thru moves? Literally best Starbucks ever!

    P.S. everyone is always so nice.

    My favorite new Starbucks. My local. Go, Charter Oak!
    The employees are sweet as pie, it's spotless, everyone is polite here, customers included.
    Yes it's a bit crowded and that's OK . I want them to do well.
    I like the idea of a neighborhood coffeehouse and it recalls back to the old school Starbucks that existed before they were on every corner.

    I also love the artwork on the wall. It's obviously a foothill city thang!

    Proudly, this place is legit & Real Housewife of Covina approved!
    That is all.

    We waited for a long time and they gave us free food, no complaints. Our cashier was hot

    I was in the area and visited this location. I was greeted by barista right away. He was helping another customer in the lobby and he let me know he would be right with me.  So instead of me having to wait on him to finish with customer another barista opened up to help me. My drink was coffee was good as well.
